Rarely. We use non-destructive entry methods on most locks. We pick or manipulate the lock rather than drill it. Drilling is a last resort and we always tell you before we do anything.
For most Southampton homes we recommend a British Standard BS3621 lock. Anti-snap cylinders are worth fitting too, especially on UPVC doors. We quote you upfront. No upselling, ever.
